Maple Snare Drums
This series allows the artist a vast array of sounds from one material. MRP
offers snare drums in 10 ply maple with or without reinforcing hoops in any
conceivable color. Reinforcing hoops raise the pitch of a drum and add some
attack but they have a very slight dampening effect on the drums' overall
resonance. Virtually any color, size and hardware finish is available for
the discriminating artist to choose and custom design their "signature" snare.
